What age group is this show appropriate for?
This show would be ideal for kids from 3 to 12 years old. Although their moms, dads and grandparents will have tons of fun, too!
How long is each show?
On average it is 1 and a half hour:
– The main performance usually takes 45 minutes
– Disco dance 15-20 minutes
– Cartoons 20-25 minutes
What do the gifts consist of?
The gifts packs are put together with items that our sponsors help us to buy, along with those we manage to purchase ourselves. It usually ends up being a mix of classic Russian and Canadian candy, cookies, mandarins and traditionally – “Kinder Surprise”!
What time should I arrive?
Doors open 20-30 minutes prior to the show.
Where can I park?
Parking at Serbian Centre outdoor or indoor parking is strictly for those who work there. Guests are kindly asked to park along the side streets. The map with all available FREE parking will be emailed to you close to the day of the show as well as posted on our Facebook page. Guests with disabilities and mobility issues may contact us at OpenWorldForKids@hotmail.com to for special parking accommodations.
How are the seats assigned?
Seats are assigned on first come – first served basis. First two rows are for children only. We try our best to accommodate everyone, so that children can see the show well. Kindly follow the host’s directions, if asked to move. After all, your little ones’ ability to see and enjoy the show is our priority.
Will I get tickets mailed to me?
No, the receipt issued to you by PayPal at the time of the purchase will serve as admissions at the door. There, you will also receive a paper ticket for each child ticket purchased. These child tickets will later be exchanged for gifts.
Can I return the ticket(s)?
Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred privately or exchanged for different time slots (subject to seat availability). For showtime changes, please contact us at OpenWorldForKids@hotmail.com with a copy of your PayPal receipt as well as the showtime you wish to attend.
